    Description

    We're seeking a sales-oriented commercial lender with 5+ years of commercial lending experience to help service the growing loan portfolio at our Carrollton location.

    Originate, underwrite, and close all types of loans: primarily secured and unsecured commercial, industrial and commercial real estate loans.
    Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers
    Focus on business development

    ABILITIES REQUIRED:
    A bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years of commercial lending experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
    Able to understand customers' needs and to communicate well with them
    Able to analyze financial data and use good judgment in making recommendations
    Detail-oriented and able to work independently
    Able to quickly learn and master our loan policies, programs, and procedures
    Sales-oriented and skilled at business development
