    Hybrid Administrative Assistant – Financial Services Firm – $65k-$75k plus strong benefits

    A financial services firm located near wall street is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a handful of senior executives in their day to day needs including travel, calendars and expenses. We are interested in meeting applicants with a vibrant energy and can-do attitude. Incredible polish and strong communication skills are required.

    This firm offers a hybrid office schedule and solid work life balance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage high volume calendars by organizing and arranging all appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
    • Answer telephone calls, including screening incoming calls and accurately documenting messages.
    • Foster effective and cooperative professional relationships with management, employees, external agents, and members at all levels.
    • Address inquiries promptly and professionally with a high level of organization and efficiency.
    • Monitor and manage expenses and travel arrangements utilizing the Concur platform.
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings.
    • Assist with special ad hoc projects

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of administrative experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize effectively in order to meet deadlines and quickly adapt to changes
    • A can do attitude with a desire to work independently or with a team

    Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 plus strong benefits

    The above salary range represents Advice's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is not reflective of the total compensation package, which may also include benefits, equity and other non-cash incentives.
