Computer and Printer Repair Technician - New York, United States - Key Systems

We are a Midtown Computer and Printer Maintenance Company seeking to immediately hire a reliable full time Printer Technician(s) to service our customers Multifunction Printers (MFP) across multiple locations throughout the 5 boroughs.

A huge plus if you have your own vehicle. All out-of-pocket expenses, commuting / telephone and etc are reimbursed. We are a well established stable company offering a competitive employee benefits package including a 401K.

Qualified technicians should be able to efficiently perform the below stated responsibilities which include but not limited to:
Repairs and Maintenance of MFP hardware

Moving MFPs within building(s) or between sites

Troubleshooting MFPs:
Hardware, supplies, connected network and cables, configuration, software (Firmware/Apps/Drivers, communication issues

Be familiar with all Lexmark Printers functions

Keep up with Certifications on customers new devices

Work at customer locations independently with mínimal support

Additional duties may also include transporting other devices (laptops/desktops/parts) to and from sites throughout the boros

Also a plus if you have the ability to service other equipment such as Laptops and Desktops

IT Certifications Comp TIA A+ experience a plus.
