- Partner with outside sales representatives to manage projects effectively.
- Gain a strong understanding of water treatment products, their functions, and market applications.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including bidding documents, bidder lists, and takeoffs.
- Utilize manufacturer order entry, tracking, and pricing programs to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery.
- Compile product information for submittals and manuals.
- Track equipment shipments and maintain open communication with customers.
- Assist with field service work when needed.
- Handle smaller quote requests and sizing inquiries for vendor products.
- Participate in product training sessions and industry trade shows.
- Contribute to trade show scheduling, including abstracts and manufacturer coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe applications, and ERP systems.
- Prior experience in the water treatment industry (water/stormwater/wastewater)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (strongly preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with proven customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
