- Minimum of 1 year of previous Automotive Service management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
- Previous automotive service sales experience
- ASE Certification
- Performing line technician services, inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, problem-solving, brake repairs, fluid exchanges, preventative maintenance, and tire installation
- Documenting all work performed
- Reporting safety issues promptly
- Promoting teamwork and excellent guest care
- Adhering strictly to Company policies
- Engaging in various manual tasks for extended periods
