- Bachelor's degree in business related field or health care administration.
- Minimum 5 years of compensation program management with at least 3 years supporting clinician compensation, and incentive programs required.
- 2-3 years of supervisory and project management experience and proven experience presenting, negotiating, and supporting senior company and clinician leadership.
- Proven experience with compensation and incentive program design, data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
- Experience managing large scale projects across matrixed functions.
- Experience designing and implementing the systems and governance needed to support clinician services programs – with an emphasis on clinician and clinician leadership compensation.
- Demonstrated success in developing clinician communications and change initiatives.
- Preferred experience in supporting pediatric primary care and pediatric specialty services.
- Certified Compensation and/or Benefits Professional (CCP/CBP) preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of systems, regulations and communication strategies related to clinician compensation and contracting.
- Excellent consulting, influence, and communication skills.
- The ability to work with stakeholders across regional platforms, business units and functional units.
- Ability to present effectively to clinician and organizational leadership at all levels.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of systems and data related to payroll, scheduling, EMR and other data sources related to clinician compensation.
- Preferred experience with Tableau or other data/report writing systems.
- Preferred knowledge of change management strategies.
- May be full time remote/telework.

PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Director of Clinician Compensation & Integration will be responsible for leading the strategy, design, and maintenance of a nationwide clinician value proposition that maximizes quality patient care, and clinician productivity, and engagement.
The leader will develop a strategy for nationwide clinician services and care management integration and will manage the measurement and reporting of integration progress across various enterprise platforms and products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This list may not include all the duties that may be assigned.
1) Develops strategy and manages the implementation and evaluation of clinician compensation & incentive strategies, plans, and programs that align with organizational and regional platform objectives including but not limited to clinician productivity, quality, VBC, and leadership.
2) Sponsors and leads large scale projects related to the clinician value proposition and implements programs and plans across the Enterprise in a way that maximizes clinician satisfaction, business results, and quality care to patients.
3) Develops and leads the overall strategy and resources related to clinician services integration.
Works extensively with Business Development and Integration department leadership to assure the seamless transition of acquired entities into Clinician Services program.
Also responsible for the resources that monitor the overall integration of Quality and Care Management programs across the Enterprise.4) Accountable for the support and governance of key clinician leadership committees that assure appropriate oversight of quality clinical care management across the organization.
These Committees include but are not limited to:
The Clinician Advisory Committee (CAC), CAC Quality Committee, Physician Advisory Board (PAB), and the nationwide external Pediatric Value Based Care Advisory Council.
5) Takes the leadership role with Clinician Leadership, Human Resources, Analytics, and Scheduling areas to evaluate, implement, and maintain systems to accurately administer clinician compensation programs, mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and monitor/report performance. Works with Finance and Analytics to model, budget and forecast the cost and financial impact of clinician compensation program.6) Acts as the Enterprise subject matter expert to the practice on clinician compensation and medical affairs integration and consults with clinician leaders across the Enterprise.
7) Represents Clinician Services in projects and programs related to clinician compensation, benefits, contracting, performance measurement, productivity monitoring, and leadership development.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises Integration Program Manager(s) and project manager/analyst resource(s).
Indirectly supervises and advises clinician leadership across state platforms as well as staff in Medical Affairs, Integration, Business Development, HR, Payroll, Scheduling, and Informatics, as needed, to support effective program design, integration, and administration.
