Sourcing and Spend Optimization

What you'll do:

What you'll need:

Experience within a wellregarded management consultancy in a project delivery and sales capacity
Deep technical expertise with largescale endtoend ERP transformations (ERP selection, design, sequencing, implementation, governance, etc.)

In depth knowledge and experience with SAP ECC to S/4 Hana transformations:

Enterprise Application Strategy expertise (creating roadmaps, selecting partners, choosing platforms, implementations)
History of growing ERP consulting practices (grow, develop, evolve ERP consulting practices for Manufacturing, CPG, Retail and/or supply chain clients)
Comfortable providing expert guidance and selling to, influencing and building trustbased relationships with senior executives
An ability to be handson and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously A consistent track record of leading people and building highperforming teams
MBA or other advanced degree preferred
