The Workstation AG has been one of the leading personnel service providers in the field of customer support / call center from Berlin since 2002.

We are looking for a Personal Interviewer (m/f/d) to support our team in Ecorse, MI.

You will independently and responsibly conduct telephone interviews with potential applicants from our call center, retail, and administrative sectors, and provide our personnel dispatchers with recommendations for further action.

You will also schedule interviews with applicants at our office. Your results will be entered into our applicant management system.

You have professional experience as a customer service representative (m/f/d) and are familiar with the processes and procedures in a call center.

You have good computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Above all, you are someone who enjoys making a difference, taking on responsibility, and contributing your own ideas.
