We are looking for you
immediately as
Deputy Kitchen Manager (m/f/d) at the
Senior Residence in Ernstthal. The position is
permanent and requires
40 hours per week. Working hours are between 6:00 am and 3:00 pm. Possible working days are Monday to Sunday and public holidays if necessary.


Your tasks

  • Support of the kitchen manager in ensuring smooth processes in all kitchen areas
  • Inventory, ordering, inventory management and billing
  • Ensuring outstanding food and product presentation
  • Ordering and inventory management
  • Ensuring the efficiency of service and production processes as well as compliance with our goals and guidelines regarding quality, hygiene and safety
