    Job DescriptionThis role is a critical part of the workers' compensation team. The candidate will be responsible for timely management of office correspondence, assisting with a multi-line phone system, and ordering medical and billing records. Additional administrative tasks might be requested by attorneys and paralegals. If you take pride in consistently delivering high-quality work, contact us today

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
    • Preparing opening forms and contacting clients
    • Sorting and disbursing incoming mail and faxes
    • Calendaring important deadlines and scheduling client appointments
    • Requesting medical records and bills
    • Sending collections/bills to carrier letters
    • Setting up and sending letters of representation for subrogation
    • Requesting and reviewing lien itemizations
    • Preparing medical exhibits for case managers
    • Requesting payment ledgers
    • Updating information and labeling documents in Needles Neos and spreadsheets
    • Other administrative tasks as assigned by case managers/attorney
    Required Qualifications:
    • Positive demeanor as a team player
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Effective time management and attention to detail
    • Proficient with MS Office products
    • A desire to work in a law firm setting
    • Organizational and communication skills are necessary for this position
    • Must be able to prioritize tasks with demanding deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
    Desired Qualifications:
    • An Associate's degree or some college is preferred
    • 1-2 years of prior experience in a workers' compensation law firm or equivalent
    Compensation:
    • Expectation is $15 - $18 hourly
