Our work depends on Logistics Analyst joining our team to work closely with other offices within the division and key mission partners to oversee and manage the Sponsor's end-to-end hiring process.


HOW A LOGISTICS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of daytoday provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities
  • Office environment is moderate to fast paced, heavily processing recruiter requests for materials, customer facing (internal and external) and working as part of a two person team
  • Logistics Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact to all hiring divisions pertaining to accessories, literature, and promotional materials for recruiting events; assist in language testing (requires laptops to be setup prior to testing), FedEx mail runs (three times a week to ship outgoing materials and to pick up incoming mail for the Office) and courier for the awards; manage inventory for the Sponsor warehouses, track all recruitment material at vendor warehouse, ensure supplies are kept well stocked for ease of fulfilling recruiter needs; keep supply rooms organized, orderly and well maintained; requires lifting packages/boxes of material/literature
  • Ability to work independently in a two person environment
  • Responsible for reviewing and/or packaging materials to complete transaction; record and audit current Trip Support inventory

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience

  • Required Technical Skills: Intermediate capabilities with Outlook, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Access database, IBM Notes
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Location: Chantilly, Virginia
  • US Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $80,750 - $109,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.

Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
