- Manage and lead the helpdesk team, including conducting interviews and performance evaluations.
- Implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide tier 2 support for technical issues, including hardware infrastructure, network switches, routers, and virtualization technologies.
- Support Active Directory, printers, and other IT systems.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement IT solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, printers, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as ESXi, VMware, and Hyper-V.
- ITIL certification is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
