    Salary: $60,000-$63,000

    About:

    We are currently seeking a Help Desk Team Lead to join the team of our dynamic client. This role will be fully onsite in the Dallas area. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work in a culture first environment and contribute to the company's success.

    Job Description:

    The Helpdesk Lead will play a crucial role in managing our helpdesk team and implementing new processes. This role involves building and leading a team of onsite and field technicians, conducting interviews, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in system administration, customer service, and network troubleshooting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and lead the helpdesk team, including conducting interviews and performance evaluations.
    • Implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Provide tier 2 support for technical issues, including hardware infrastructure, network switches, routers, and virtualization technologies.
    • Support Active Directory, printers, and other IT systems.
    • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement IT solutions.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration and customer service.
    • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, printers, and network troubleshooting.
    • Experience with virtualization technologies such as ESXi, VMware, and Hyper-V.
    • ITIL certification is preferred.
    • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
