Your future. What to expect

  • Company-wide support and assistance for customers and suppliers using our digital solutions, troubleshooting and problem solving in 2nd level support
  • Continuous monitoring and optimization of systems to ensure smooth operation and proactive response to any issues
  • Recreating errors and documenting and forwarding them to the appropriate development and infrastructure teams for efficient resolution
  • Documentation of problems, solutions, and processes to improve the internal knowledge base
  • Assistance in creating training materials for users
  • Active involvement in the further development of digital solutions

Your profile. What you bring

  • Completed vocational training, for example as an IT specialist or similar, with a focus on information processing or a degree with a focus on information processing
  • Demonstrable experience in supporting and assisting with digital solutions, especially web applications
  • Extensive knowledge in leading web technologies, databases, and interfaces (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.)
  • Excellent German
