Description

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Debt Management Employee (m/f/d) at Mascoutah.

Your responsibilities:
You will independently handle a designated customer base and support the team in processing delivery blocks and reconnections.
You will monitor and manage the daily dunning process.

You will play a key role in efficiently enforcing claims in both out-of-court and court dunning procedures in the day-to-day operations.

You will be a competent contact person for our customers, owners, or lawyers in person, in writing, and also by phone.

You will initiate civil proceedings and carry out enforcement measures, taking into account economic considerations.
Your tasks will also include handling insolvency proceedings.

Your profile:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a training as a legal assistant (m/f/d).
Knowledge of AnNoText and/or Schleupen is desirable.
Experience in debt management and dealing with difficult customers is an advantage.
You are very proficient in MS Excel.
You have a process-oriented way of thinking and working and a high quality orientation.
You are also a team player and have a proactive attitude.
