We are currently seeking several visionary designers for our new client, the largest social media platform in the world, located in Fremont, CA.

As part of their 400-person team, you will be responsible for providing customer service to their German clients. As a Community Manager, you will act as a bridge between the platform and its users. Your unique personality and passion for customer service will ensure that every interaction is a personalized and exceptional experience.

You will be your own manager for customer success, and your enthusiasm for communities and communication will be key to your success.

This position can be performed remotely from anywhere in the European Union.


Your responsibilities as a Community Manager will include:

  • Advising small and medium-sized businesses on advertising solutions and managing advertisements
  • Providing postsales support and demonstrating the benefits of advertising solutions
  • Utilizing all communication channels, including voice, written communication, and social media platforms, to respond to customer inquiries

Do you have what it takes to be a successful Community Manager?:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English (B2+)
  • Knowledge of social media advertising products or a strong interest in digital advertising
  • Ability to problemsolve, multitask, and thrive under pressure
  • Quick learner with strong comprehension skills
