    Compensation:

    $39,000 - $75,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Maintain a schedule to accommodate appointments
    • Hold buyer's consultations
    • Show properties
    • Write contracts
    • Negotiate offers
    • Manage an active buyer database
    • Place signage
    • Hold Open Houses
    • Send out Mailers
    • Maintain office inventories
    • Regularly update trackers
    Qualifications:

    Our team members must:

    • Hold an active Florida real estate salesperson license
    • Be able to work weekends (as required)
    • Know how to work online applications such as Zoom
    • Have your own transportation to conduct showings
    • Have access to a computer with an internet connection
