Outside Sales Rep.
Position: Outside Sales Rep
Location: Spokane Valley
Schedule:
8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Must be able to work evenings when necessary to accommodate the customers' availability)
Compensation:
Base/or Commission whichever is greater for first 6 months, then compensation is 100% commission – earning potential in excess of $100K
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision 100% paid by the employer, 401K with up to a 4% employer match
Holidays and Vacation:
6 observed holidays, vacation, and Washington paid sick time. Commissioned employees are not eligible for paid holidays or paid vacations but are eligible for the time off.

Position Summary:
The sales representative is responsible for driving new sales for the company in a professional and consultative manner by determining customers' needs and providing solutions. Developing customer relationships and generating sales leads by building a referral base. The sales representative is responsible for follow-up on company generated leads and lead qualification.
