GenServe is growing and looking to hire a motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing Team
Job Duties
- Once quote is won by Service Writer, open job in Automated Service, attach all quote information, and order parts
- Help Service Writer research parts when necessary
- Receiving inventory
- Locating parts in warehouse
- Placing items in stock
- Monitoring bin locations
- Shipping parts
- Pulling parts
- Organizing warehouse
- Some forklift duties
- Assist parts coordinator with specific duties assigned
- Track status of all parts orders and expedite delivery or find alternative suppliers if necessary
- Inform Service Writer and Sales Rep if order is delayed
- Coordinate with Warehouse and once parts are received followup with Dispatcher to schedule repair
Competencies
- Strong communication skills
- Organized
- Detail Orientated
- Knowledge of engine parts and electrical components
- General knowledge of inventory systems
- Good sourcing capability
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
Warehouse Coordinator: 2 years (preferred)
Generator Parts: 2 years (preferred)
