We are expanding and looking for a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) in the field of traffic law to join our Legal-Tech law firm in North Auburn, CA.

This is an exciting opportunity to help build and lead a dynamic company.


Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle traffic law cases
  • Provide legal advice to clients and work closely with a fixed customer base (private clients, car dealerships)
  • Expertly review insurance settlement statements, including challenging liability ratios and denials of liability
  • Communicate with lawyers and insurance companies throughout the case process
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Develop employees in the field of settlement
  • Contribute to the legal development of our digital claims platform

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in traffic law
  • Proficient in PC skills
  • Good methodological skills
  • High level of commitment and responsibility
  • Customeroriented and flexible working hours
  • Confident demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take on responsibility
