**Schedule:**

Monday- Thursday 7:00AM-3:30PM (or until completion)

Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM (Or until completion)

**Current Need:**

Our Distribution Center is looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead Material Handler associate to join our team. ?This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of being a fun, yet high-paced and professional work environment. Day to day you will be helping our team improve on the overall process of the building and the individual team member.

**Responsibilities:**

Process, package and store supplies, materials, and equipment

Audits goods received into the warehouse

Oversee Shipments of Materials

Prepare and Coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials

May have the ability to mentor less-experienced peers and assist supervisors

Perform Inventory related function

Must have the ability to lead and motivate and train a team (12 employees)

**Minimal Requirements:**

High School diploma or equivalent degree

2+ years' distribution experience

Basic understanding of Microsoft application

Proven experience of warehouse leadership s

Required/ willing to learn cherry picker and reach truck

**Preferred Requirements:**

Thorough knowledge of Material Handling/ Inventory issues

Work experience in a face-paced, distribution or warehouse environment

Ability to multitask

Ability to use an RF Scanner

**Physical Requirements:**

Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product)

Must be able to bend, sit, stand, twist, stoop for long periods of time
