**Current Need:**
Our Distribution Center is looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead Material Handler associate to join our team. ?This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of being a fun, yet high-paced and professional work environment. If you are passionate about inspiring, motivating and assisting our team members, this opportunity could further enhance our journey and we want to hear from you. Day to day you will be helping our team improve on the overall process of the building and the individual team member.
**Responsibilities:**
Process, package and store supplies, materials, and equipment
Audits goods received into the warehouse
Oversee Shipments of Materials
Prepare and Coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials
May have the ability to mentor less-experienced peers and assist supervisors employees)
Perform Inventory related function
**Typical Minimum Qualifications:**
HS Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of leadership experience
Strong compute skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, excel and PowerPoint
**Critical Skills:**
Must have good coaching and problem-solving skills.
Must be comfortable speaking in a group setting
Must be able to collaborate with other departments.
Must have excellent Oral/ written skills.
Must have Receiving, Inbound, and Outbound experience.
High energy, motivated, and promotes a positive team environment.
Must be organized and able to work independently.
Must be willing or know how to use various power equipment.
