JITpay is a rapidly growing payment service provider specializing in the logistics sector. Founded in 2016, the JITpay Group digitizes billing and payment processes in logistics.

JITpay takes care of the complete performance billing between clients and contractors and combines it with a specially developed factoring program, which enables immediate payment for contractors and flexible payment terms for clients.

JITpay has its own fully digital factoring company. Currently, JITpay employs nearly 100 people at locations in Braunschweig (DE), Wroclaw (PL), Basel (CH), and Bucharest (RO).

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a team assistant in customer support with Polish language skills (M/F/D) for our office in Braunschweig.

Your responsibilities:

Interface between the sales team and the finance department (internal communication)
Review and prequalification of customer information in the initial stages
Ongoing responsibility for completeness and updating of customer data
Support for sales employees in businessrelated questions
Communication with new and existing customers, and in the context of our expansion, also with contacts in Poland
Potential expert role regarding our services within the sales team

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial training or equivalent several years of professional experience in the commercial sector
Proficient in common MS Office applications
Enjoyment of structured and independent work
