STEPS Behavioral Health is looking to hire a
full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team

competitive pay of
$75 - $100 hourly or a
salary of
$70,000 - $95,000 per year.
We also offer

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST
As a BCBA, you make it possible for us to assist more clients during their hard times.
With an individualized approach, you create treatment plans for your clients that help them to improve or extinguish undesired behaviors.
You work closely with parents, supporting and training them for the benefit of their children.To ensure that the treatment plans you create are carried out correctly, you supervise the therapists and serve as a resource for them.
You are proud of the work you do and feel accomplished helping your clients improve their livesQUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in a related field such as ABA, special education, or psychology
- Possess BCBA certification
- Experience providing direct care to individuals with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
