Maryland is looking to hire a
full-time Board-Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team.

This special position earns a
competitive pay of
$75 - $95 hourly or a
salary of
$67,000 - $90,000 per year.
We pay our team for time spent both working with clients directly and performing other administrative duties.
We also offer

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BCBA
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you make it possible for us to assist more clients during their hard times.
With an individualized approach, you create treatment plans for your clients that help them to improve or extinguish undesired behaviors.
You work closely with parents, supporting and training them for the benefit of their children.To ensure that the treatment plans you create are carried out correctly, you supervise the therapists and serve as a resource for them.
You are proud of the work you do and feel accomplished helping your clients improve their livesQUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in a related field such as ABA, special education, or psychology
- Possess BCBA certification
- Experience providing direct care to individuals with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
WORK SCHEDULE FOR A BCBA
This full-time special education position typically works a
flexible schedule that is based on the analyst's availability in conjunction with the clients' availability.
