- Collaborate with educators and service providers to align therapy goals.
- Maintain thorough documentation by monitoring progress and updating plans.
- Educate students, families, and staff on strategies for fostering independence.
- Develop personalized treatment plans with input from students' teams and families.
- Deliver occupational therapy services, including engaging activities and sensory techniques.
- Participate in necessary team meetings and Individualized Education Program (IEP) discussions.
- Conduct assessments of students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy is advantageous.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Georgia or be eligible to obtain licensure before employment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
