Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team.

Rent Stabilized experience required. 3-4 days in the field. One day in office


Qualifications:

  • Rent Stabilized Experience
  • Dealing with resolving Violations
  • MCI experience (Major Capital Improvements)
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management is a plus
  • Experience working with Section 8 and NYC housing agencies and programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn and navigate computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Basic understanding of real estate administrative processes
This role will be involved in day-to-day management of owned and operated rental buildings in Queens and Bronx

1) resident quality of life and customer service

2) building operations and tenant relations

3) Outside Vendor Management

Job Responsibilities

Maintenance of Building

2) preparation of lease offers,

3) follow-up and negotiations,

5) lease signing and counter-signing. - Ensure all lease documentation and tenant files are accurate and compliant with applicable statutory regulations and requirements.

  • Pay: $75, $90,000.00 per hour
