About us:
We are currently seeking a technician for nuclear quality planning (m/f/d) to join our team for our client, a well-known manufacturer of control, safety, and shut-off valves.
The ideal candidate will have a state-certified degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of experience in quality assurance, documentation, or similar roles.
Experience in special inspections, such as pressure and leak testing or painting, is desirable, as well as knowledge of valves and pressure vessels.
Knowledge of non-destructive and destructive material testing is also preferred, as well as familiarity with codes and standards such as ASME III, RCC-M, AD2000, PED, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is a plus.The role may require occasional travel, both domestically and internationally, for on-site inspections at suppliers (less than 5% per year).
Fluency in German and English is required, with additional languages being a plus. The successful candidate will possess strong customer orientation, ethics/integrity, collaboration skills, communication skills, results orientation, and persistence.Responsibilities:
- Analyzing customer specifications and related codes and standards
- Independently creating projectspecific test plans, material test sheets, and other projectspecific documents
- Participating in customer inspections/meetings and preparing all qualityrelated documents in the nuclear field
- Reviewing and approving supplier documents
- Handling nonconformance reports with the Quality Project Engineer
- Participating in CAPA (
