- Organize and implement office procedures, including filing and digital documents
- Experience with excel, QuickBooks and Microsoft Word
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering, maintaining inventory, and troubleshooting any issues.
- Develop and implement systems to improve workflow and productivity within the office.
- Schedule and manage office meetings and events.
- Handle all new hire onboarding paperwork
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within an office environment.
- Strong construction background or terminology is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
