    Summary:
    The Office Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of our office environment. Our client is a growing small Construction company.

    You will play a key role in implementing company policies and procedures and ensuring the smooth running of all administrative functions.

    This is a Part-Time position. 2-3 days a week. Client is very flexible and willing to work with selected candidates schedule.

    Responsibilities:
    Organize and implement office procedures, including filing and digital documents
    Experience with excel, QuickBooks and Microsoft Word
    Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering, maintaining inventory, and troubleshooting any issues.
    Develop and implement systems to improve workflow and productivity within the office.
    Schedule and manage office meetings and events.
    Handle all new hire onboarding paperwork
    Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors.

    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within an office environment.
    Strong construction background or terminology is a plus
    Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
