Join our team as a Storm Damage Sales Representative and help homeowners through the process of repairing and replacing their roofs and siding after storm damage.

    Job Description: We are looking for a driven and empathetic individual to take on the role of Storm Damage Sales Representative. Your main responsibility will be guiding homeowners in need and supporting them in the repair and replacement process, including handling insurance claims.

    Responsibilities:
    • Respond promptly to inquiries from homeowners affected by storm damage.
    • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged roofs to assess the situation and decide on the next steps.
    • Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options, including the products and services offered by Greenawalt Roofing Company.
    • Assist homeowners with insurance claims and ensure they receive fair settlements.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
    • Use customer referrals and canvassing to expand your client base.
    Requirements:
    • Demonstrated experience in sales or customer service, particularly in construction or roofing.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on understanding and helping homeowners facing challenges.
    • Familiarity with roofing materials and practices is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
