Our client from Hamburg - a company in the real estate sector - is currently seeking an IT Field Service Representative (m/f/d) for immediate placement through temporary employment


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Configuring and administering end devices
  • Providing service-oriented support for all IT inquiries
  • Transporting systems to client locations
  • Maintaining ticket management and asset management systems
  • Possibly dismantling old systems and setting up and cabling new systems
  • Manually configuring individual software
  • Providing on-site support for users

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in the IT field or equivalent professional experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of Windows 7-10, networks and knowledge databases, Office and Outlook
  • Class 3/B driver's license
  • Good written and spoken German is a requirement
  • A service-oriented attitude.
