Your responsibilities

  • You represent our physiotherapy practice, are our figurehead and contact person for our patients
  • You ensure optimal patient care
  • You coordinate patient appointments and staff scheduling
  • You are responsible for administrative tasks and handle commercial duties
  • You are in charge of preparing billing statements

Your profile

  • Ideally, you have a background as a healthcare clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d), hotel clerk (m/f/d) or medical technical assistant (m/f/d) and enjoy administrative tasks
  • You are proficient in working with computers and common office applications
  • Ideally, you have experience in the healthcare sector
  • Team and communication skills are important to you
  • Coordination, selforganization and excellent time management are among your strengths
