Your responsibilities:

Leading and organizing the final assembly team, consisting of experienced professionals
Ensuring timely and quality assembly of our products
Monitoring and optimizing production processes to increase efficiency
Responsibility for compliance with safety and quality standards
Close collaboration with other departments such as production, logistics, and quality management
Workforce planning, development, and motivation of the team

Your qualifications:

Completed technical education or degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or electrical engineering
Leadership experience and strong team management skills
Experience in shop floor management
Analytical thinking and problemsolving skills, as well as assertiveness
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate at different levels
Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office
Good knowledge of German and English
