    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Engaging with both commercial and residential clients, tackling unique challenges that come with each project.
    • Diagnosing and resolving issues with installed systems, ensuring optimal performance.
    • Responding to emergency requests promptly and working closely with clients to guarantee seamless system functionality. Because not every hero wears a cape.
    • Becoming a subject matter expert on Casaplex products and services through the creation and maintenance of detailed system documentation.

    What You Have:

    • Minimum 3 years of technical experience in client/customer service, preferably in the Audio/Video industry.
    • Familiarity with electronic systems, including AV technologies, security systems, and network/IT technology. CTS certification is a plus.
    • A dedication to providing top-notch service, demonstrated through your proactive problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service standards.
    • A natural aptitude for technical troubleshooting and a desire to cultivate long-lasting client relationships.
