Introduction:
To expand our project team for the management of properties in the northern region of Germany, we are looking for you to join SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH as a:


Responsibilities:

  • Cold technical management of industrial and office buildings
  • Maintenance and repair of air conditioning units (split/VRF), chillers, and commercial refrigeration systems
  • Independent troubleshooting and optimization of operational processes
  • Creation and documentation of daily work performance using mobile devices

Your Profile:

  • Education in the field of refrigeration technology, such as refrigeration system mechanic or mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, or equivalent
  • Ideally with several years of experience as a service technician in refrigeration technology and maintenance of chillers with a cooling capacity of >100 kW, including a certificate of expertise according to § 5 ChemKlimaschutzVO Category 1. However, applicants with a desire for further training are also welcome
  • Customeroriented attitude, independent work style, and team spirit
  • Good knowledge of German and a valid driver's license (Class B)
