Your tasks

  • Defining requirements for multi-MW PEM electrolyzers for power electronics (rectifiers and transformers) at Biltmore
  • Discussing power electronics requirements with the technical electrolysis team at NEA
  • Establishing internationally valid internal standards at NEA to standardize the use of power electronics
  • Identifying potential suppliers for rectifiers (thyristors, IGBTs, and potentially other technologies) and transformers in the multi-MW range
  • Providing technical support in negotiations with international suppliers
  • Planning the wiring of the systems

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering
  • Specialization in the field of power electronics, ideally with practical experience in the above-mentioned areas through internships or thesis work
  • Good English skills in both written and spoken form
  • Goal-oriented, structured, and independent work style in a young team
