Your tasks

Technology is your world and identifying malfunctions and errors, as well as performing repairs, are exciting tasks for you? Then you are in the right place at BINDER as a service technician.
You carry out all BINDER service activities on site at customers: error analyses; mechanical, electrical and refrigeration equipment repairs; services and training, thereby ensuring technical support in your area of operation.
Creating service reports including error description and cause is also part of your responsibilities.
In addition, you record customer complaints and inquiries directly on site and forward them to the company's headquarters for continuous improvement.
You actively participate in the development of solution proposals and optimization of service products such as services.

Completed training as a mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, refrigeration system builder or master in refrigeration system construction
Alternatively, technical vocational training, master or technician with a focus on electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, building services engineering or similar with experience in refrigeration and air conditioning technology
Valid expert certificate for refrigeration systems category 1
Professional experience in the field of fault finding and repair
Enthusiasm for technology and strong analytical skills
Thorough, systematic and independent way of working
