- Prepares budgets for programs within the Foster Care branches. Works closely with respective Vice President and/or designee and submits proposed budgets to the Foster Care Fiscal Administrator or Director of Contract Administration for review.
- Reads and understands all related awarded contracts and grants.
- Oversees payroll allocations as allocated to related contracts and grants.
- Oversees all related expenditures, comparing each to Board-approved budgets and applicable contract, ensuring purchase orders and bidding requirements are met, correct account coding is utilized, and appropriate approvals are obtained.
- Prepares month end adjusting journal entries for related monthly financials using generally accepted accounting principles.
