    Custodial Manager Position for Greater Grand Rapids Area

    Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a vibrant work environment? Enviro-Clean invites you to join our team as a Custodial Manager for the Greater Grand Rapids Area.

    Position Details:

    • Employment Type: Full Time, 2nd Shift
    • Compensation: Competitive annual salary of $50,000

    About Enviro-Clean: At Enviro-Clean, we prioritize customer satisfaction while cultivating a positive and engaging workplace atmosphere. As a Custodial Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and maintaining high standards across our custodial services.

    Job Skills / Requirements

    Managerial Responsibilities:

    • Proactively schedule and conduct customer visits to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.
    • Provide swift and professional responses to inquiries from both customers and employees, fostering a culture of open communication and support.
    • Ensure that team members achieve safety, quality and budgetary objectives, upholding our commitment to excellence.
    • Oversee and adherence to our company's quality program, guarenteeing completion and compliance.
    • Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, MIOSHA, and other government agency regulations to ensure safe work operations.
    • Collaborate with recruiting team to facilitate interviewing, hiring and onboarding processes.

    • Minimum of 3 years of proven management experience, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in a diverse range of software applications, enabling efficient task management and reporting.
