- Must manage the accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and collection departments efficiently
- Must oversee the financial operations
- Monitor cash position daily and prepare weekly cash forecasts
- Bank Reconciliations
- Prepare capital calls and construction draw request to investment bankers and partners as needed
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, rent rolls, etc.
- Prepare net-profit reporting, construction overruns and company expenses on inventory sales to CFO/Partners Monthly
- Record inter-company related journal entries
- Must be proficient in excel and QuickBooks; experience in property management software a plus
- Must be an effective communicator
- Must be organized and have great time management skills
