We are currently seeking a convincing and qualified dispatcher / service assistant (m/f/d) for vehicle repairs to join our team at our repair center in Berlin, Pingree Grove, IL.

Ideally, you have completed a technical training as a motorcycle or automotive mechanic, mechatronics technician, bodybuilder, vehicle interior designer, or vehicle painter (m/f/d), with previous experience in repair allocation and as a service advisor (m/f/d).

Alternatively, we also welcome candidates with a commercial training as an automotive salesman/woman or office clerk with experience in the automotive, dispatch, workshop, and repair fields.


What you will do with us:

  • You will be responsible for the dispatch of repair and accident vehicles and will also be involved in damage assessment
  • You will take care of monitoring and scheduling repairs for our vehicles
  • You will work closely with our cooperation partners and workshops and be involved in price calculations and negotiations
  • You will review cost estimates and negotiate if necessary
  • You will handle complaints at the escalation level
  • You will advise and support SIXT rental stations as well as departments in our regional administration on technical issues
  • You will have negotiation skills in German when communicating with our service providers and contacts

What you bring with you:


  • You have completed a technical or commercial training, preferably as a bodybuilder or automotive mechanic/mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a commercial training with a focus on the automotive industry
  • You have gained relevant professional
