Description
FabFitFun is looking for a Merchandise Planner to join our team Reporting to our Director, Ecommerce Strategy, Planning, + Digital Merchandising, this role will contribute to the merchandise planning for relevant seasonal e-commerce flash sales and initiatives.
Ideal candidates will have proven success within a planning role, as well as advanced capabilities in Excel and retail math.
Location:
FabFitFun is based in the Greater Los Angeles area in West Hollywood,CA. This role will be expected to work in a hybrid environment and will not be eligible for remote.
What Youll Do:
Manage pre-season planning, reforecasting, and in-season assortment management for assigned categories of eCommerce and reFills businessBuild and manage complex reporting tools for Open-To-Buy (OTB), inventory management, allocation, and sale analysisComplete ad hoc analysis and seasonal reporting to support category and total business as directedOwns end to end planning processes and works cross-functionally to ensure seamless executionUtilize hindsight analysis to develop innovative strategies for revenue and profitability growthSupport team projects and new merchandising initiatives as needed
What Youll Bring:
Bachelors Degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field3-5 years merchandising experience, preferably with Ecommerce company in PlanningExperience with Open to Buy a plusAdvanced capabilities in Excel and retail math requiredAbility to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative dataEffective communicator and comfortable in variety of presentation settingsAbility to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate them in action to drive resultsStrong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks to manage timeFlexible mindset with ability to quickly pivot direction and prioritiesStrength in building effective and collaborative cross functional relationshipsThe expected annual salary range for this position is $80-$90K.
