    Description

    Become the Leader of EHS at Dover Fueling Solutions in North America!

    We are seeking a highly experienced professional to take charge of the EHS function in North America. As the Senior Manager, EHS, you will have a pivotal role in defining the safety strategy and fostering a strong safety culture throughout our regional sites and manufacturing facilities.

    • Provide visionary guidance to instill a safety-first mindset
    • Ensure adherence to environmental permit requirements
    • Collaborate with business needs to develop strategic plans
    • Implement KPIs that support safety objectives
    • Champion continuous improvement endeavors
    • Supervise safety policies and programs in line with corporate goals
    • Train and lead your team on safety regulations and accident prevention
    • Conduct on-site hazard assessments and inspections
    • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations
    • Establish health and safety policies and procedures

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • BS in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field; MS or MBA preferred
    • At least 10 years of EHS leadership experience
    • Prior involvement in team building and talent development
    • Proficiency in compliance and best practices
    • Strategic mindset with strong problems solving abilities
    • Outstanding analytical and decision-making skills

    Preferred Credentials:

    • CSP or any other pertinent certification

    This role necessitates full-time onsite presence. The ideal candidate should be ready to operate from the designated location.
