- Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients while building and nurturing trusted, long-lasting relationships
- Collaborate with our sales, advertising, and product development teams to ensure the client is served appropriately
- Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and ensure quality and cost-effective services
- Gain a deep understanding of the client's needs and what they expect from our company
- Develop tactics that will deliver the most appropriate products or services
- Use outstanding communication skills to present to and influence key stakeholders in our company and with clients
- Develop your team of Account Managers and oversee key accounts
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries.
- Lead solutioning and innovative ideas to meet client's needs.
- Analyze account production and research areas of opportunity.
- Review production and areas of opportunity with current clients monthly.
- Develop targeted growth and partnerships strategies with current clients.
- Plan, organize, and execute sales campaigns to increase revenue generation from existing clients. Assist in all strategic account initiatives and projects as needed.
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Travel to marketing events and current clients as needed to support and grow the partnerships while representing and strengthening the NSD brand.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
- 5+ years industry experience
- Track record of account management and creating transformational revenue growth.
- Understanding and experience with sales methodologies, ideally Value Based Selling.
- Knowledge and understanding of Account Management processes.
- Demonstrated consistent success managing and growing a book of business, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Must always maintain highest level of Confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent platform and one on one presentation skills.
- Proficient computer skills: must have working knowledge of Excel and be proficient in Powerpoint and Word.
- Understanding of CRM functionality.
- Ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and take initiative to research variances and correct.

Position Summary:The Director of Account Management will oversee the team that acts as the point of contact between our company and our clients to help solve problems and achieve business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
