    RemX is seeking Healthcare Customer Service Reps for On-Site opportunities

    MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ONSITE

    Location: Onsite, Costa Mesa, CA 92626

    Pay: $22 | Bilingual Spanish $23.00

    Hours: Must be available to work between the hours of 9:00AM- 8:00PM and available to work at least 1 weekend day.

    Training schedule is 8AM – 4:30PM local PST

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Inbound calls only
    • Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
    • Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
    • Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance

    Requirements:

    • 1 year Customer Service experience
    • Call Center
    • High School diploma
    • Goal-driven and detail oriented
