- Maintain HR database, process and review payroll data accurately, handle salary adjustments, staffing changes, and other payroll-related tasks.
- Create and manage HR data reports, including compensation and termination reports, and participate in audits as needed.
- Track and manage employee time off accruals through the HR system.
- Assist in developing annual department budgets, monitor budget progress, and reconcile payroll expenses.
- Support HR Department with additional tasks as required.
- Deliver professional and accurate service to team members and leadership promptly.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Process payroll error-free and on time.
- Manage salary increase calculations accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain HR database with zero errors.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement recommendations.
- Provide timely and error-free reports.
- Stay updated on relevant HR regulations and laws.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience with payroll and HRIS experience.
- Education: College degree, specialized certification, training courses, or job-specific skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data integrity protocols.
- Familiarity with HR best practices.
- Effective organizational and prioritization skills.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when necessary.
- Demonstrate professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
