    LABOR CONDITION APPLICATION
    WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR
    TO EMPLOY A NONIMMIGRANT H-1B TEMPORARY WORKER

    MAIN POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:


    An H-1B nonimmigrant worker is being sought by Anchor Glass Container Corporation through the filing of a labor condition application with the Employment and Training Administration of the US Department of Labor.

    One such worker is being sought.
    The worker is being sought for employment as a Quality Assurance Manager.
    A wage of $80,100 per year (DOE) is being offered to the worker
    The period of employment for which this worker is sought is from January 4, 2024 to January 3, 2027.
    The employment will occur at the Anchor Glass Container Corporation facilities located in:

    • Tampa, Florida
    • Jacksonville, Florida.
    • Elmira, New York
    • Henryetta, Oklahoma
    • Lawrenceburg, Indiana
    • Shakopee, Minnesota
    • Warner Robbins, Georgia

    The labor condition application is available for public inspection at Anchor Glass Container Corporation's place of business at 3001 N.

    Rocky Point Drive East Tampa, FL 33607.

    Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.

    THERE IS NO BARGAINING REPRESENTATIVE; THEREFORE, A NOTICE OF THIS FILING HAS BEEN POSTED AND WAS, OR WILL REMAIN, POSTED FOR 10 DAYS ON ANCHOR GLASS CONTAINER CORPORATION'S INTRANET PAGE TO WHICH ALL EMPLOYEES HAVE ACCESS.


    EMPLOYEE QUALIFICATIONS:
    BS/BA in Engineering field with 5-8 years of experience.
    ISO or SQF Certified.
    Lean /6 Sigma process improvement background.
    Ability to influence relationships with manufacturing plants and customers.
    Problem analysis and problem resolution skills and attention to detail.
    Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    Proficient in Microsoft software including Excel, Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
    Familiar with a variety of quality concepts, practices, and procedures.
