Position Description
The Quality Assurance Manager – ISO is a high visibility leadership position within Super Radiator Coils that has a direct impact on growing our business.
This person oversees our ISO program that covers a wide range of custom commercial products. This position reports to the Vice President – Chaska, MN Division. As a growing organization we are committed to leading and managing through effective quality management systems.The Quality Assurance Manager – ISO will continuously work to improve our ISO quality program by identifying opportunities for improvement, developing quality work instructions, and implementing ways to meaningfully connect all team members to our quality program.
This position will partner with our sales/engineering, design, purchasing and production departments to promote a quality culture where everyone is involved resulting in products that are produced to the highest quality standards.
The Quality Assurance Manager values leadership development, personal involvement, and promotes quality at all levels. They close the loop on issues, communicate effectively and create a true quality culture that expresses through our values.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
