Description


Responsibility for project management and project controlling in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality for the overall evaluation of construction processes in the field of building construction.

Independent project development and project control, as well as construction-related quality control. Independent execution of technical due diligence for real estate. Preparation of reports and presentation to clients (investors, clients, property owners). Complete handling of new construction and renovation projects (with a focus on construction controlling).

Qualifications:
Completed technical degree, such as civil engineering or architecture, or equivalent qualification. Several years of professional experience in project management. Familiarity with regulations such as DIN and VOB for competent project execution. Knowledge and analytical and technical skills to handle increasing technical complexity.

Willingness to take on responsibility, commitment, strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a structured and results-oriented approach to work.

Proficient in MS Office applications. Fluent in German and good knowledge of English in both written and spoken form.
