The Staff Auditor's role is to assist the Director of Internal Audit & System Integration as directed in all facets of designing, implementing and reporting on the Bristol Health annual Internal Audit Work Plan and annual Enterprise Risk Assessment process. Staff Auditor will also assist with other projects and initiatives as directed including, but not limited to: the annual Compliance Work Plan; Contract Management; Process Improvement; and System Integration efforts.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Educational / Minimum Requirements:
B.S. In Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
State/Federal Mandated Licensure or Certification Requirements:
None.
Bristol Hospital Mandated Educational Requirements:
General orientation at time of hire. Fire/Safety/Infection Control annually. Other programs as mandated by Hospital.
Special Requirements:
Strong PC skills with ability to create and analyze spreadsheets and other complex financial and operational data. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Extended sitting, standing and walking. Occasional lifting of office supplies and materials, usually under 50 pounds.
Work Environment:
Normal office conditions.
